French Country Fridays 6: Celebrating the Charm of French Inspired Decor
Welcome to French Country Fridays 6, a place to celebrate the charm of French inspired decor!
I love Fridays! I love to see the week wind down and love to prepare for the weekend ahead. If there’s ever a time to open a bottle of wine, it’s Friday at 5:00. Today is especially a fun day for me because I get to see my son’s band play tonight to a sold out show in New York. It’s a side gig for him, but his true passion and there’s nothing better for a mom to see.
Friends have traveled in from halfway across the country and family will be joining, as well. They’re opening for a much more popular band, their very favorite band, so it’s a dream come true for them!
I love weekends that are a bit out of the ordinary. How many of you spend your weekends running errands or, worse, working? I do both way too often. Do you ever think about what your ideal weekend would be? Brunch at a country inn? Afternoons at an antique market? Walks along a country path? Am I close?
Whatever your ideal, I hope this weekend comes as close as possible for you!!
