Christmas Baubles and Other Holiday Decorating Ideas
In this post: I tend to decorate with a light touch and understated elegance. But somehow when the holidays are near, I’m completely smitten with Christmas baubles.⇒
Tell me if this sounds like you. You tend to decorate with a light touch, preferring soft tones and understated elegance. But somehow when the holidays are near, you’re completely smitten with Christmas baubles. You can’t get enough of the glitz and glam as you glide through the mall on a shiny-objects high.
Yeah, me too…
It’s not that I don’t love the simplicity of greenery with vintage textiles and a time worn feel. In fact I love that look! But when I look at what I wind up styling, I always go back to those Christmas baubles. Pink gold ornaments and crystal drops. Twinkling lights and glittered pine cones. Gilding here and silver there. And always… yes, always tons of candlelight.
Before I begin sharing this year’s holiday decor, I thought it would be fun to take a look back at some of my favorite posts from last Christmas. If you click on the links below, you will be taken to the full posts, where you can see each look in greater detail.
Then join me next Monday for my first French Country holiday post of the season. I’m excited about this one! But for now…
Enjoy!!
