French Country Fridays 9: Celebrating the Charm of French Inspired Decor
Welcome to French Country Fridays 9, a place to celebrate the charm of French inspired decor!
Have you ever ordered a subscription box? You know, the kind where you receive a monthly or quarterly box of goodies but you don’t know what will be in the box? How do you decide if a service like this is right for you? Certainly it involves a good measure of trust in the provider that what you are paying for, but not selecting yourself, will be worthwhile.
I was thinking about this as I was opening my recent package sent from My Stylish French Box. The service is not cheap and even though it comes quarterly, you really have to think about whether you want to spend the money. For me, in the end, I decided on a resounding yes. It’s truly a delight to receive these little luxuries, so perfectly curated. And even if there are items that are not what I would’ve selected, I very much enjoy receiving little bits of France on a regular basis and researching the companies that are ever so French!
Let’s take a look at what my friends are sharing this week…

Wish I could send photos of my newly remodeled/redecorated French Normandy home. EVERY room was re wallpapered in connecting favs of pink, teal , whites. Handcrafted teal mermaid tail backsplash looks beautiful with my mottled brown grabnite ( I KNEW color would come back to kitchens), wrap around almond cabinets, pink/gold/ivory knobs, blush stools/chairs and oversized floral teal Anthro sofa in the big kitchen. It is so ME!!! Elegant, whimsical, romantic. I get raves for my French/English Cottage, Glam, Coastal design and I entertain so much more. Who knew I was a Maximalist?!
How wonderful that you’ve found your true style!! That’s such a great feeling… 🙂 Enjoy!
