Home Style Saturdays 46 | More Changes on the Way
Do you enjoy transitions? Some people really hate change and avoid it like the plague. Me… quite the contrary. With August’s arrival and summer’s end in sight, I’ve got more changes on the way and I couldn’t be more excited.
For starters, I’ve got fall ideas percolating in my brain and that always inspires me. But that’s a little ways off still and I’ve got other things on my mind. Sometimes I think my creative visions are 10 steps ahead of my ability to realize them, but I try to dig in and take them one step at a time.
Lately I’ve started thinking about the master bedroom. I feel like I still haven’t gotten it quite right and it’s been really bugging me. I decided it’s time to begin to tackle it and I think I finally have a realistic plan. So far I started with white linen shams, but that only hints at the direction I’m heading in. Stay tuned for the full plan, and hopefully not long after, the actualization of that plan.
There’s one thing that’s been holding me back. One aspect of the room I’ve been reluctant to let go and once I allowed myself the freedom to put it aside, it freed me up to develop a plan I love. More on that soon…

Now let’s take a look at what my friends are sharing this week! Enjoy!!

Pretty shams, love white linen. I always look so forward to fall, not really a big fan of hot weather and the sun at Boulder altitude is intense, although the Mountain views are always nice. The last few years I have been really whining as the warming trend goes on and on almost until – or even into- November. So-o-o will just be delighted to see fall things coming in on the blogs. Looking forward to your new photos and changes.
