Make the dressing in a mason jar: 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar, 2 TBS vegetable oil, 2 heaping TBS peanut butter, 1 clove of garlic finely minced, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste, and shake. Pour the dressing over the spaghetti and toss. Enjoy!
