French Country Fridays 299: Savoring the Charm of French Inspired Decor
French Country Fridays
designthusiasm + shabbyfufu
Welcome to the new and improved French Country Fridays!
With our updated new design, you’ll still be getting the same yummy French inspired goodness you’re used to, plus additional features like French products and other aspects of a French lifestyle, but it’s all coming to you in a fresh new layout.
At the top of the post, you’ll find a featured post from my own blog, plus a featured post from Shabbyfufu, my French Country Fridays partner.
Next you’ll find a varied selection of French decorating features, from video home tours and favorite French shops, to a curated selection of French decor to buy. Every Friday will be different and will aim to provide something unique.
I’ll be focusing, each week, on one room in my home that’s decorated with a modern French aesthetic and there’ll be home-keeping tips and tricks, as well.
And finally, each Friday I’ll be curating a Pinterest board with a specific concept that’s inspired by French style. This week you’ll find ‘Blue and White Chinoiserie in Holiday Decor’, but the theme will change every week.
I hope you enjoy the new layout and enjoy French Country Fridays as much as always, and hopefully even more! Be sure to let me know what you like and what else you’d like to see, in the comment section below. Happy Friday!!

Tips & Tricks
When you clean your silver, leave a little tarnish in the recesses. It will accentuate the vintage quality and bring out the beauty of the decorative motifs and details.
